Learn how to create powerful Breathwork experiences:
How to breathe and the possibilities Breathwork can offer.
This evening will provide new and experienced Breathwork practitioners a safe environment to explore non-ordinary states of consciousness that can be accessible through the conscious, connected breathing technique.
Simple instruction will be provided after which you will get to experience a complete Breathwork session.
Preparation for the session:
- Zoom is required with camera and audio connected. If you are not camera, you cannot attend. The facilitator must be able to see you breathing.
- Headphones or loud speakers. Music is a integral part of Conscious Breathwork. It should be able to be loud and block out any background noise.
- A comfortable place to lie down with the computer, tablet or phone camera showing you from the waist to your head. (So facilitator can see your breathing patterns)
- Layers or blankets that you can add or remove. Body temperature sometimes changes dramatically. Some folks experience cold and others get warm so the ability to add or remove layers will make the experience more comfy.
- An open mind and a willingness to go for it!
