Take Form & Take Flight is a program designed to teach you how to create a lifestyle aligned with who you want to be and what you want to achieve.

What's inside:

This is a 10 week course designed to provide you with tools to create a lifestyle in which you are able to achieve anything you set your mind to.

Each module addresses different topics, broken up into 3 sections:

1. The Foundation: Learn the tools to be honest about your goals and your motivations. What is your goal? Who is involved? Be specific. Here is where we begin the mind-body connection. Learn practices, habits and how to embody the "new you" to create well-being and self-empowerment. 

2. The Problem: Now that we are clear on what it is you want and why, let's address why you don't have it yet. We'll dive into those feelings of "not enoughness" and address any self-limiting beliefs, learning the tools to stop them from getting in our way.

3. The Focus: Learn what's possible when you have the tools to get what you set your sights on. We'll address the practice of compassion and empathy and how to build connection and improve your community so that you have a village on your side.

This progressive 10 week journey, will help you integrate past and present breakthroughs and awareness via the mind-body-spirit connection. Utilizing group coaching, experiential processes, Breathwork and online learning modules (video, hand-outs and other resources), you will learn new tools to create the life you deserve and work towards your goals while maintaining balance and joy.

About Rob

Robert Israel is an IFC Certified Coach, specializing in ontological inquiry (who are you?). At age 18 he experienced an unexpected, sudden “ego-death” which fueled an already fiery passion for understanding existential truth and authentic inner peace. This lead him on a deep dive into Eastern philosophy and religion which included 14 years of intensive Zen training where he engaged in the enigmatic study of koan with a Zen Master, along with Zen’s pragmatic and holistic body/mind/spirit approach. His drive for clarity regarding the human condition informed his empathic desire to support people breakthrough limiting perspectives of Reality.
